Your mission
  • Lead the firmware engineering process for industrialisation of products
  • Collaborate in the research and development stage with the Robotics department to review, co-design, and test the products.
  • Collaborate and support the production team to ensure seamless production in the scope of firmware industrialisation.
  • Synchronise with each team to enhance product quality, performance, and deployment.
  • Ensure continuous improvements of the existing products
  • Ensure writing and review of quality control procedures related to firmware
  • Oversee the product firmware maintenance.
  • Manage processes and ensure timely completion, supported by thorough documentation.
  • Carry out feasibility studies for firmware development and maintenance tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Contribute positively to a customer-focused, solution-oriented workplace culture.
Your profile
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years direct hands-on with C/C++ embedded firmware development.
  • Solid educational background in engineering.
  • Expertise in embedded Linux for ARM platforms.
  • Skilled in designing and profiling real-time, bare-metal applications.
  • Familiarity with MCU programming tools, low-level libraries, and real-time operating systems
  • Experience developing sensor drivers.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD practices.
  • Quality-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, French is advantageous.
  • Solution-oriented, rigorous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
