Drone Systems Sales Engineer

Your mission

Are you passionate about cutting-edge drone technology in business enviroment and enjoy working at the intersection of sales, technical expertise, and customer engagement? We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on professional to join our team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in showcasing our innovative drone solutions through live product demonstrations, training distributors, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customers get the best possible experience. You’ll be the technical face of our company in the field — blending deep product knowledge with strong communication skills.

This position is based remotely in North America, offering flexibility while allowing you to engage directly with clients, distributors, and partners across the region.

Key responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations
  • Prepare, set up, and execute live product demos for prospective clients, distributors, and events.
  • Tailor demonstrations to client needs, showcasing product features and use cases.
Distributor Training & Enablement
  • Deliver technical and operational training sessions to distributors and partners.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and FAQs to support ongoing distributor success.
Drone Maintenance & Repair
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on drones and accessories.
  • Ensure demo units and customer-facing equipment are always in optimal working condition.
Sales Team Support
  • Provide technical expertise during sales meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Support the creation of proposals, technical documentation, and demo scenarios.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood.
Customer Support
  • Assist in resolving post-demo or post-training technical questions.
  • Provide feedback from customers and distributors to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who is autonomous, well-organized, and an excellent communicator, with a strong go-getter mindset and open to regular travel. You thrive in dynamic environments, take initiative, and can balance hands-on technical work with clear and professional interaction with clients and partners. You’re comfortable working independently while staying closely aligned with the team, and you know how to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, international setting. More specifically:
  • Strong independent drone piloting skill, preferable not fixed-wings.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting ability and comfort working with electronics/mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with drones (operation, repair, maintenance.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences).
  • Experience delivering training sessions or product workshops preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for demos, training, and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A background in engineering, robotics, aviation, or related fields is a plus.
